Pay by MailMost customers prefer to pay their bill by mail using the return envelope enclosed with their monthly bill. If you have misplaced the envelope, place your check and payment stub in your own envelope and mail to:

Pay By Phone
Use Western Union® Speedpay® to process your payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Call 1-866-589-5031 and follow the prompts. You also may opt to speak to a customer service representative.

Your credit card statement will show “866-383-1846GAS UTILIT.” Western Union Speedpay charges a $3.95 convenience fee. (Note -- As of August 1 the fee will increase to $4.95.)

When paying your natural gas bill by phone you can use your checking or savings account, debit/ATM or Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.

Using your checking, savings or money market account, pay online  -- for free!  You can also view your account and payment history.

Pay in Person
  • At Western Union Payment locations throughout our service area (A Western Union fee will apply) - Find a location near you >
  • At Western Union Agent Locations - These Western Union Agent walk-in locations will accept your Florida City Gas payment. In most cases, a $1 Western Union convenience fee will apply (some locations are free). The bill payment will post to your account in two business days. You can also call Western Union at 1-800-354-0005 for a list locations.
Budget Payment Plan
With our Budget Payment Plan we bill you the same amount every month for the next 12 months. This eliminates the "peaks and valleys" in your natural gas bill caused by winter's cold and summer's heat, making household budgeting much easier. Here's how our Budget Payment Plan works:
  • We estimate your natural gas usage for the next 12 months, based on your past usage.
  • We divide that estimate by 12 to determine your monthly payment.
  • We review your plan every six months to make sure your budget amount is keeping pace with your actual usage. We'll adjust your monthly amount, if necessary.

There's no charge to enroll and no interest to pay, as long as you make your monthly budget payments.

Assistance ProgramFor customers who are experiencing difficulty in paying their bill, Florida City Gaswill arrange for a reasonable deferred payment plan.

Landlord Notification ProgramFlorida City Gas can automatically notify a landlord if gas service will be terminated for one of their tenants, or if their tenant moves out of the dwelling.

Third Party Notification
Following a customer's request,Florida City Gaswill provide notice to a third party prior to termination of service for non-payment. This service is typically used by family members of elderly or disabled customers, to ensure that service is not interrupted for non-payment of bills.
